Martin Laschkolnig is a speaker and entrepreneur. He has already been invited to four continents to share his message. His structural actions, his willingness to take clear steps and his dedication to life and ability to trust it have enabled him to achieve his successes.<\/p>\n

Serenity and inner peace are his credo and at the same time he is a businessman through and through. Is he always calm? Surely not. Who can say that about themselves? But he has discovered ways and methods that allow him, step by step, moment by moment, month after month, to face more and more things calmly.<\/p>\n

Rather, the question is, at what average level does life proceed? Joy, enthusiasm, love?<\/strong> Or rather frustration, stress, excessive demands? Or simply boredom? Probably from a colorful mix of all that and much more. But what does it take to fully live one’s inherent potential? How to get there? And of course, every now and then life intervenes and throws us off track. It happens to all of us. The only question is, how long will you stay down there in the hole and how deep is it anyway? And Martin Laschkolnig says that it doesn’t depend on life, but on our attitude and constitution – and that’s where each of us can start.<\/p>\n

And that is exactly what has driven Martin since his youth – he combines East and West, business and Buddhism, controlling and meditation. His hunger for inner growth made him go to India after a Western business education. He spent three years there studying Buddhist philosophy with Tibetan monks and then – in addition to his first two companies – studied high performance, energy psychology and personality development in the USA. He has been using the application of all this in his companies for over 20 years. Martin Laschkolnig is the founder and director of the Institute for Potential Development in Linz, Austria. He is an expert on composure, success, self-worth and confidence and their impact on leaders and their teams. Due to a deep personal crisis, everything that had happened so far was called into question in 2015. For many years he was the Austrian representative of the International Council for Self-Esteem and thus has a rich expertise in building an environment that promotes self-confidence and self-worth – in family, school, business or society. <\/span><\/p>\n
